Title: login and password

i have a lumion 2.5, after installing lumion appears to input my username and password, i input that then lumion shows "error connecting" what can i do??please help me..thanks

Your user name and password require to be the same as you registered at the forum with.

Also check your firewall, that it is not directly blocking access, and if you have AV software running, then add the lumion3d.com to the allowed sites (this step should not really be required, but may depend on what AV you use and its settings).

ps: which version of 2.5?

i do anything what you say but does'nt work..error connectin again..any option??thanks

Lumion Pro, Lumion Free, Ultimate, Lumion (standard)?

Hi

I note that you do not seem to have any Lumion license attached to your forum account which can indicate the product key for account activation is not yet complete/correct.

Please ensure you have correctly completed the steps shown in the web sites Support page: Lumion Activation (http://lumion3d.com/lumion-activation-explained).

If that is all done and you have followed the suggestion mentioned previously (re: 'Error connecting'/'General connection failure' message when starting Lumion (http://lumion3d.com/forum/f-a-q/lumion-2-error-connecting/)) then you should be able to login.

A final step would be to email your purchase and license details along with forum account details, and reference to this topic, so that we can check the database (send to arthur [at] act-3d.com).
