Title: Blocked when trying to download Demo

Receive the following error:
"Gateway Anti-Virus Alert
This request is blocked by the SonicWALL Gateway Anti-Virus Service. Name: (Cloud Id: 16162180) MalUAgent.MIP (Trojan)"

I am requesting assistance helping a client investigate your product Lumion.

The client receives that previous message when trying to download the demo from the email they received.

I have been able to duplicate this issue from a completely separate and isolated network, also getting a message that the Demo download is a possible virus infection.

Hi glaalt, welcome to the forum.

The Download Manager for Lumion Demo is 100% safe to use and there are no viruses or trojans in this application.

When you click on the download manager link in the email, your email client (or web browser) will try to save the Download Manager to the default download location on your harddrive.

The SonicWALL Gateway Anti-Virus Service is obviously preventing this from happening, so you may need to whitelist the Download Manager file URL (http://download.lumion3d.com/*) manually in SonicWALL. Please let us know if you need any assistance with this.
