Title: [Resolved]: License locked, need to unlock our license

Lost internet connection on laptop before being able to return the license for lumion 5.3.  Now cannot access the software.  How do we have the license unlocked?  When we try and open the program on the computer it had been opened on, it says it is open on that computer.  This is not the case.
