Title: Installation Do not proceed

I have downloaded the 762KB installation file (I already have the license key and activation code - from local supplier). And when I run it - it will not proceed and no error is issued, then when I check the installation file in the download folder - it is deleted. I tried installing using public internet (outside of our network) and still the same issue. How to make it run - as I have tried it in our workstation that fit the hardware requirement and still the same result. And I didn't find any topic in your forum that is related to my issue. Help please. Thank you.

Please follow the instructions in our FAQ topic: NEED SUPPORT? (http://forum.lumion3d.com/f-a-q/need-support-89381/) on registering your license.

Your description indicates that the PC's you are trying to download with, has AV or other security software running that is preventing the Lumion Download Manager from running.

If the hardware tried was all configured with similar AV software, then it's likely also, that the blockage will happen both inside and outside the office network.

What AV or other security software are you running?  Please temporarily turn off and re-try the Download Manager.

ps: you should have received your email direct from Act-3D BV.  Was that not the case?
