Title: Help - screen is pixelated!

Good day,  I am with Elizabethtown College, using an educational license for a project I am leading students on, and I've just gotten a new computer from out IT manager with Lumion on it (he coordinated system/ video card requirements with Lumion folks).  The intro screen looks fine, but when I select a scene to start a project, the project opens up and the entire screen is very pixelated, including all the tool bar areas.  The only thing not pixelated it the Lumion logo.  See attached image.  How can I fix this?  Thank you in advance for any help.

From the look of the screenshot, it looks like onboard Intel graphics is driving the system and Lumion.  It needs to run on the dedicated graphics card (either NVIDIA or ATI/AMD) of the PC.  Normally when a dedicated card is installed, the onboard card is disabled because it's not needed, so I'm unsure why you would be getting the Intel graphics running.

Lumion v5 should automatically use the dedicated card, so it indicates that there is some issue with how the graphics is setup on your PC.

What are the PC specifications - CPU, RAM, especially GPU details.

Please attach the Lumion DXDiag Report  (Files (lower right button, then click on the System Speed summary chart --> Run DXDiag).

For background, can you provide reference/link to the topic where your IT manager requested information about requirements.

Thanks for the response.  I tried attaching the file you requested but when I posted, it blocked me for some reason.  It does appear that it is using the Intel graphics card.  I'm not sure how to change this.  I will need to get in touch with the IT staff who was in contact with Lumion to get specifics about that dialog.  Thank you again - I'm looking forward to working on this software with the students and hope this graphics issue is easily resolved.  I did receive an email from IT indicating they did in fact test this and it worked.  When I plugged my monitor into the system, it redefined the screen resolution.  Could that have caused an issue?  I wouldn't think so, but perhaps?  Thanks again.

UPDATE - I wa informed by out IT support that There was a dedicated video card (as you explained) and that my monitor had to be plugged into that card directly, not the standard Intel one as would normally be the case.  I got an adapter and made that change.  All is working fine now.  Thank you for your help.
