The video has been out for a while.. but we can clearly see that real-time Global Illumination with color bleeding, ScreenSpace Reflections, awesome 'variable' Ambient Occlusion, glare,etc is possible and available for our generation of GPUs.

NVIDIA also has a new technology (VXGI) that does much the same thing but instead of baked lightmaps uses voxels. Although it may be hardware (Nvidia/Maxwell chip) dependent it's also great tech that would benefit Lumion's graphics capabilities even further.
