Title: Free version
Post by: benjamin maes on December 18, 2014, 04:10:18 pm
hello I tried to download the free version to try Lumion.

We work with Symantec firewall. And we got the message Suspicious cloud 5 D.

On the site of Symantec I read the following.
Suspicious.Cloud.5.D is a detection technology designed to detect entirely new malware threats without traditional signatures. This technology is aimed at detecting malicious software that has been intentionally mutated or morphed by attackers.

Is this save?
How can I try the Free version properly.

Hi benjamin maes

Thanks for your interest in Lumion, and in downloading the Free version.

Yes it is safe.  :)  Just to be sure I downloaded and ran Windows Defender against the files, and it reported all is OK.

Please note that you can also enquire with your local reseller (http://lumion3d.com/resellers) to obtain a 7 day trial version.  That version (v5.0) is more recent than the current Free v3.2.1.
