Lumion 5 educational free doesn't worked after I installed it on a second computer
even after I uninstalled it on the second it still says 'all licences are in use'.
Please reset my licence ASAP
I have a deadline tomorrow

Hi TH Architects

Please email me your License key: peterm [at] act-3d.com.

If you have access you can go to the first computer you installed it on, run Lumion, then close/exit Lumion and it should reset the license for you also.

Hi the University of Liverpool has downloaded Lumion recently however it is having the same problem as mentioned before with regards to all licences allegedly being in use even though this is not possible. The uni computer desk has contacted you with the details however I need to use Lumion for a deadline in the next 48 hours so could you try and help quickly.

Hi sgacraig, you had 1 seat which my colleague, Arthur, has just increased to 10 seats as per your request.

He asked me to apologise for the delay, and has also unlocked the existing seat in case it was locked on a PC.

I'd be grateful if you could confirm that everything now works as expected.
