Title: Applying Material to Objects
Post by: dhollyman1 on December 06, 2012, 05:17:23 pm
I'm trying to apply materials to individual objects but..... The model that I import just shows (2) different objects. How do I apply materials to just the roof... just the walls... just the windows etc.
Or..... is this done in Revit 2013?

thanks

different colors or textures in the models are different materials in lumion , separately per model

In the Revit file that I am currently Importing from the materials don't come in individualized... The model comes with just (2) elements that I can change. I can not change individual elements like the roof, Wall, Windows, trim, doors etc....

It will not let select individual components....

How do I get it to do that?

Hi

You have to add the materials in revit. Works fine. You can also use the paint tool in revit and paint single faces.
