Title: Lumion with 3D monitor
Post by: BuildingMotion on November 29, 2012, 05:32:48 am
Hi guys, I have a 3D graphic card with a 3D monitor, is it possible to make a video in 3D? Or to use lumion in 3D?

Thanks.

(Hi BuildingMotion, I haven't forgotten about your question - I just need to get some information from Remko who knows more about using TVs and monitors for 3D display)

Using Lumion in stereo vision is not officially supported but you can try it. You need to start Lumion in full screen mode for this to work. To do this you press F11 while pressing the ctrl key. To switch back to windowed mode you press F11 again.

Note that this only works with a proper 3D card and driver and the driver needs to be configured properly for 3D gaming.

In Lumion 2, select the 3D output option in the Save Movie menu.

In Lumion 3, you can output split screen stereo movies from Lumion by adding the Stereoscopic Settings effect.
