Hi! First of all, i'm sorry about my bad english. I'm a brazilian.
I'm going to buy a render software but i don't know which. So, if it's allowed in this forum I wanna discuss about this two softwares.
In your opinion, which one should I buy? Lumion or Twinmotion?

Hi esmbr, welcome to the forum!
There are already a few recent discussions about this subject, so I would recommend using the search function (http://forum.lumion3d.com/search/?advanced;search=) to find the information you are looking for :)
The discussions may of course be a little outdated as Lumion 5 was announced since then, and this upgrade includes a lot of new content and functionality.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Go with lumion. It's most likely easier and faster and better then anything else you'll find.

I think TwinMotion has a lot of features worth looking at. I tried the beta and the trial with huge models and it is stable as a rock with importing and editing. It has a better object and material manager, blurry reflections, multiple cubic reflections, stylish animated people with several animated poses and some more.
What I don't understand is, that the v2 strongest points - programmable interactions and a standalone with collision detection - have just been "erased" for v3. This really is a premiere in 30 yrs of using all kinds of software packages and I can't imagine users accepting this! Maybe it results in a more stable program and more users, but therefore it can not be compared to a far more superior Lumion at this moment.

Currently Twinmotion 3 is a joke compared to Lumion 4, however it has some features that are better than Lumion and promises to be a challenging competitor in the next few version numbers.

In case of Lumion that doesn't matter, because the Lumion interface is in Portuguese as well ;)
