Title: deactivation request for Lumion Staff

I'm hoping someone on the Lumion Staff will be able to help me us with deactivation.  We  have 3 licenses that are showing as activated by 3 different systems but when we open Lumion on those systems they are not.

Can someone please release the license for mgood, jenc, and miyem so we can use them?  Our company name is Mithun, Inc.

Hi Miyem.

Mgood is not activated, so you should be able to use that license right away.

I've de-activated the licenses for jenc and miyem, so please try to activate those again.
