Title: Incorrect Login Lumion Free

It says Incorrect Login.
I've tried:
-Copy/paste Login and Password
-Change Password in Account settings, then retry.

Stil "Incorrect Login". What else to do?

Maybe try changing your login name so it is not like an email address, and not using any special characters such as the @.

We looked at the problem and found that the problem arises from the @ character in your user name. This character is used to log in under a domain (when an organization has multiple accounts).

We changed this to prevent any confusion but aparently the bug is still there in the version you are using. I changed your user name so it does not contain a dot @ sign anymore.

please use "camsogfno" now as your login name. You might need to request a new password because the pasword hashing also uses your login name to scramble your password so it will probably not work.

Just click the lost pasword link on the login page to set a new password.
