The only official tutorials for Lumion are available on this page - however, they're quite outdated:
http://lumion3d.com/tutorials (http://lumion3d.com/tutorials)

Is there something in particular that you need help with?

Need the Keyboard Tab function

Can you elaborate on this please? Do you mean for entering text?

how to animate sun

1) Apply the "Sun postion" effect to your clip.
2) Set keyframes by clicking on the small circular buttons next to the sliders that you want to animate.
3) Drag the time slider to the end of your clip.
4) Click on the small circular buttons again to set new keyframes.
5) Adjust the effect sliders.
6) Click on the Play button (or drag the time slider back and forth) to preview the animation.

shadows

Shadows from the sun or from IES spotlights? Which part of the shadows do you want to animate?

turning on/off lights in day&night in the animation

That's not possible (unless you show/hide the lights manually before rendering a clip, or use the Show Layer/Hide Layer effects in Movie mode).
