Title: I HAVE BURNING HEAD

Hi, I have head that burns me.
I could not update the version 2.2.1 Ultimate Lumion the Pro version
I explain what I do:
I start setting L221Ult and De-activate but leads me to this screen:

 

I get out, closing the screen.

I then "account setting" of the web hit the key lumion sent to me in the box and press in upgrade key settings apply everything disappears and the screen remains blank, butwithout anything happening.

I have also deleted the file myLumion.ppp and have done the same thing again, but I can not install Lumion PRO.

Please help

Where am I confusing?.

I need a telegraphic list of steps, but as if for a small child, ie "step by step."

Hi severino,
did you try your username and password for forum-login?
This worked at my upgrade.

Thanks Frank, but with these data and 27,000 more tests and I can not update the PRO version.
I'm desperate, I hope someone can offer me Lumion team a final solution.

There seems to be a problem, which I will fix this morning.

Thanks Arthur, I've been able to update Lumion 2 PRO.
Sorry for not answering before, but I've been testing activation and deactivation, to secure everything. So far everything is perfect.

But when I disable the Lumion PRO version, remains the login image I've included in the first e-mail.



THIS IS CORRECT???
