Title: User Error on Pro Install: Help Please

Argh, I misunderstood and was confused by the Pro upgrade process. I de-activated my license, but then re-activated it without understanding clearly the license upgrade process. Then I realized I needed to add my new Pro product key to my user page, which I did, but realized I cannot now de-activate my Lumion Ultimate License. I'm stuck in a black hole. Can someone help me de-activate my Ulitimate License so I can activate the Pro license? Thanks!

Is there any way we could get a "deactivate" button next to each license on our Account Settings page.  I think it would come in handy to be able to do this from the website.

Hi darbo, as far as I can tell, your license seems to be de-activated. Please delete myLumion.ppp in Documents/Lumion2 and try to activate it again.
