Do anybody knows how activate Lumion Pro?

I got the licence but can't activate, every time I activate Lumion the release is 2.2.1

no, it's not the same. in my account appears Lumion Pro Key license but "not activated"

Hi tug, if you're saying that Lumion Ultimate is not being upgraded to Lumion Pro after entering the Pro license key in Lumion, please exit Lumion, delete the file on the screenshot and try to activate Lumion again.

I don't Know how, but now is activated..... :D

I've saw some users on forum with an icon updated to PRO?  it will be done automatically or still remain as ULTIMATE 2?

Good to hear that, tug - I de-activated your license remotely, so maybe that helped :)

I don't think the Pro icon assignment is automated yet, so Arthur will take of this as soon as possible.

Same problem, cant activate Lumion Pro, and I cant de-activate Lumion Ultimate?

And I don't have the the file Morten, that I coult try to delet.
