Title: Poster for an Exhibition
Post by: byzantium1200 on April 09, 2012, 11:19:18 pm
This is a poster for an archaeological exhibition on byzantine ships. Only slightly touched  (such as removing the sharp outline of the ship underwater). You may see the animated model at: http://lumion3d.com/forum/gallery/byzantium-1200-project/15/ (http://lumion3d.com/forum/gallery/byzantium-1200-project/15/)

Yes, very impressive work indeed!  It's nice to see another person working hard on the cinemagraphic side and unique animation side too.  Well done!

Regards,

blendman

wow fantastic work... just one question.. how did you manage to get those huge waves.. is there a setting for that in ocean.. and did you try with other skies also.. i think a night sky would look awesome with moonlight on the ship... just a suggestion

Thanks. "Wave intensity" in ocean, nothing much. I just waited for rendering the still frame until I liked the waves and then clicked render. This scene was first built in L1Sp2B8 and has a half-dome sky. I did not try the night scene but seems like a good idea.
