I have a Lumion 9 Student Version License, but I cannot figure out how to activate it. When I try downloading Lumion from the "Getting Started..." email it sends me to a page that says "What does the error message 'Your License Key has expired' mean?". Then when I try to resend the email to myself containing all of the necessary information I get a message saying 'Your license key has expired or is invalid' even though I copy and paste the license key into the resend box.
I am not sure if this matters but initially I had Lumion downloaded on my laptop, but I just got a brand new computer that I am trying to put Lumion on. Is this an issue since student versions only have 1 seat? If so, then how do I move the seat off of the laptop and to my new computer?

Hi kburke42

Your Lumion 9 was issued as an update for your original issue of Lumion 8 back in January 2018.  That means it is now over the 365 day period for the License Key, so your key is no longer valid.  You need to re-apply.

If you have reapplied with a different email address, then let us know what it is so we can do a search.

When I try to re-apply it tells me 'You have already redeemed this offer, an email was previously sent to you with the deals or requesting additional information.' I have checked my inbox and see no recent emails containing anything like this. I also checked my junk/spam mail and found no emails.

What is the email address you have tried when re-applying?

That is the email that I type in that follows with the message about redeeming the offer already... It is the only email I have ever used for Lumion as well..

I either accidentally deleted the offer at some point or it never came to the email for some reason. I have an email that says it was going to expire in about 3 days and in that email it gives me the option to re-apply but when I try reapplying I get the message about already having redeemed the offer... However I still cannot seem to install Lumion.

I found another email address used at SheerID under your name and to the same university of [email protected]********.net.

That application was made on 1 May 2019 and has been approved and the Getting Started with Lumion email was sent there.

Do you recognize/have access to that address?
