Title: [Answered] How do I recover my Lumion license?

Back at Lumion 2.5 we registered a license under one of our employees office e-mail address.

We need to recover the password for this license, but there is no option anywhere to do that.

Apparently this e-mail is not registered in the Support Forum which is the only place where there's a password recovery option available. There is no password recovery option within the software either.

What do I do?

There's unfortunately no License Keys that are registered under your domain name (gr*p*h*a.com.br).

Please forward all the information you can think of that might help us locate your records in the order/license database to uploads[at]lumion.com (replace [at] with @).

The license is under a different e-mail, domain @ema-arq.com.br
