Title: Can't Install Lumion Free

IT ran Lumion_3_2_1_Free Download and got Lumion_3_2_1_Free-1a.VLC.  Did we do something wrong?

Hi

Double-click on the file Lumion_3_2_1_Free.exe.  This is the installer for the Free version. 

See attached pic for the files that should downloaded once the download is complete.

well, as you can see in the screen capture I provided earlier,  there isn't a Lumion_3_2_1_Free.exe  ???

no sure if it was a company network issue, but i used the same link and was able to download Lumion_3_2_1_Free.exe. thx

Hi kshen

Great, thanks for advising it's resolved.

We've had a couple of cases where the corporate network/system blocked a file (non exe) when the Download Manager was compiling and preparing the installer.  This is possibly first time have heard of for the Free version though.
