Title: [Awaiting reply] Red success error message

From email:

"i already installed the lumion trial but whenever i try to open it, a red message "success" appeared. Then, i clicked this link http://backup.lumion3d.net/LumionActivation/Activate.aspx and it said "LOGINFAILED". I did turn off my firewall antivirus etc but its still not working? i hope you will respond to this asap. thanks"
