Title: Does Lumion separate the LIGHTMAP from the texture map?

In 3dsmax, there are various options to bake-to-texture. These are some of the options that would seem relevant to Lumion;

Which one should I use?

1.CompleteMap

2.LightingMap

3.VrayGlobalIlluminationMap

4.VrayRawGlobalIlluminationMap

I guess Artur might know the answer. What I do know is that you need 2 textures and 2 texture UV coordinate sets.

none of them. You need the "raw total illumination".
