Title: what is "Lumion Ultimate Commercial Edition"

I see it mentioned but not sure what the difference is between "Lumion 2 Ultimate" and "Lumion 2  Ultimate Commercial Edition"

There is no difference. We have Commercial and Educational Editions, but in case of the Educational Edition you will have all Ultimate capabilities. Educationals are not for sale online, but only directly or through resellers.
