Title: [Resolved] Never recieved my Lumion Student License.

I registered through the paypal verification system, and I never received a code or download link. I tried doing it again and it said I already registered. Confused on what to do

Sorry to hear the application has so far not gone smoothly for you.  You are in the system re the response you are already registered.

Did you apply with the email address you have here for the forum Profile: [email protected]?

If so, then I do not currently see any license yet issued for you, but the support records I see do not show the full orders made for Lumion products.

First please check your Gmail in Promotions, in case the download email from Act-3D is in there.

I used my paypal [email protected] to verify my student verification

Thanks.  That address does not show any license issued. 

I will need to contact my colleague who looks after student applications to find out what has happened.  He is in EU +1 timezone, so pending workloads it might be up to 24 hours before we know and can resolve the problem.

Please email us at (EMAIL ADDRESS NO LONGER IN USE) with some more details including your full name, university/college and student ID so we can check through our system.

Hello again, lordjupi - my colleagues have investigated your case and for some reason the SheerID status is set to 'pending' - they'll now look into why that is.

In any case, we got the green light to send you the 'Getting started with Lumion 8.3' email to both of your email addresses - please confirm that you have received them.
