Title: [Awaiting License Registration] ERROR LOADING SIG. What is the solution?

Hi guys, could you help me? I have a well-fashioned project in Lumion. After I have launched the Lumion and want to open this scene I just got a message: “ERROR LOADING SIG”. What does it mean? How can I fix it?

I´m using Lumion 7,5 trial, the other saved scenes are working, this scene doesn´t.

Hi ArchAM,

1) When does this error message appear? When opening a specific scene file that you previously saved?

2) Please upload the scene file to a file host (e.g. wetransfer.com) and forward the download link to (EMAIL ADDRESS NO LONGER IN USE), so we can take a look.

3) Please follow the steps in this article - you need to install all available Windows updates as well as the latest graphics card driver:

4) When you're done, please also follow step 4 in that article and attach the diagnostics report for us to check.

It does appear when I wanna open the recent scene. On the attachment you can see 2 scanes, it is it. If I try to open it freezes the Lumion.

Hi ArchAM

Please let us know which version you are using, as I don't recognise that interface for the v7.5 Trial.

The easiest way is to take a screencapture of the Lumion settings screen, as per this Article: Where Can I Find the Lumion Product and Version Details (https://support.lumion.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003474413-Why-are-Spotlights-not-casting-shadows-521)

Sorry, I missed it, it's v8.0.  I haven't received the solution yet. I hope you can help me, it's an important big project with a Saturday deadline.

TIP:    If you are working for a company, all that you need to do is to ask the person who manages the license keys at your company to go to your Account settings and enter one of the license keys. You will then have full access to the Support Center.

ps: don't forget to also update to the latest version 8.3
