Hi Ark, welcome. :)

You've accidentally posted your question in a section for unlicensed users, even though you have got a Lumion license. We actually have a much bigger forum dedicated to technical support (which is hidden until you register your license), so to get the ball rolling, please follow the instructions in step #2 in the following article:

The license registration is a requirement for qualifying for technical support.
