Hi Kit, if you've installed Lumion on several PCs and you try to run it while somebody else is already using it, you will see a message saying that 'All licenses are in use'. Below the message you'll see the name of the computer that's currently using the license.

If your license has multiple seats, you'll see the names if all of the PCs that are currently using the license.

If you would like a detailed log file that includes time stamps etc, please forward your license number to [email protected] and ask them to forward the usage log file for that license.

P.S. Please don't forget to follow the instructions in this Knowledge Base (https://support.lumion.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003490033-How-do-you-register-your-License-Key-and-get-technical-support-) to register your license on your forum profile page. Doing so will give you access to the full forum for commercial users which is hidden from view until you register a license. Thanks in advance.
