Google has a great collection of 68 low-poly generic buildings they built in their 3d warehouse. Ranging from residential houses, fast food restaurants, schools, churches, municipal buildings, strip mall, industrial, etc its great for backdrops in lumion. Just thought I would share. Here is a link to their collection on 3d warehouse:

Also here is a zip file of some of the residential buildings ready to go in lumion I created for a current project. I am not sure exactly what file you need to copy to your Documents>Lumion>Libray to get it to show up, or if its even possible to share files. There are "xxx.lib.inn, xxx.lib, xxx.lib.mtt" files in this download. Can anyone clarify what file extensions are what?

+1 for sharing! Thanks!

ditto +1

+1 (and we'd really need that "Share Forum" somewhere)
Yes, those two files are needed for sharing. I do not exactly know the details but I think if you use materials (even the normal maps), one of these also include those so everything can be shared this way.
