Title: [Resolved] Upgrade dilema

I purchased and additional seat, for a total of 2, in early October that indicated I would have a free upgrade to version 7.  When I try to upgrade I am being charged for two upgrades rather than one.  What do I need to do to avoid the additional charge?

Please forward your license number and license purchase receipt to office [at] act-3d.com (replace [at] with @), so my colleagues can take a look for you.

Please also don't forget to update your forum account with your Lumion license key (click here (http://forum.lumion3d.com//profile/?area=account), scroll to the bottom and enter your license number). Doing so will give you access to the much wider community, topics, resources and support.
