Title: [Awaiting license registration] Can't import anything into Lumion

It just happened this morning, suddenly nothing could be imported into my lumion.
I'm using Lumion 5.7 business version and I've tried different file types such as dae/skp/3ds, and the smallest su model whose size is less than 1mb and without texture images, but all failed.
Does it mean that I should reinstall or?

Hi iceb, before we proceed, please click here (https://support.lumion.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003490033-How-do-you-register-your-License-Key-and-get-technical-support-) and follow the instructions in step 2 to register your Lumion 5 license.
