Title: Reinstall Lumion

hi, I purchased Lumion3pro a few years back and have been using since. I recently upgraded to windows 10 and am moving all my softwares from my (c) drive to my (d) drive which means I have to uninstall all of my architecture softwares and reinstall them. I have already updated to 10 and uninstalled all the programs. (autocad, revit, rhino, and Lumion)  A few months back I changed my email address from [email protected] to [email protected] and I think my Lumion account key and information was stored under that email address. I could be wrong but I have tried to find the info and cannot.

What information do you need, and what are the steps I need to take to download lumion3pro and reinstall it on my (d) drive.

Hi hartboesel, please forward your purchase receipt and ideally also the Lumion 3 license number to office[at]act-3d.com (replace [at] with @), and ask my colleagues to update the email address we have on file plus re-send the Lumion 3 email to you. :)
