Title: [License Registration Requested] Lumion crash

Hi everybody,
I hope you are doing good  :-D
I have launched the creation of a rendering video in lumion with the maximum performance.
It shown me that it needed some 40 hours to make it with the requierements i specified i left it all night .
tomorrow when i wanted to check on it it only shows me a black window.... what does it mean?

Hello again, Manal.

We can help you resolve this issue but before we proceed, please update your forum account with your Lumion 6 license key (click here (http://forum.lumion3d.com//profile/?area=account), scroll to the bottom and enter your license number).

Then please install the latest version of Lumion, i.e. version 6.3.
