Title: HELP NEEDED! invalid key???

Hi Lumion staff,

While trying to load into the companies Lumion 4.0.1 it is coming up with invalid key. And when I entered this into Lumion Account info on the forum it says it is an existing but invalid key??

Can you please help us with this.

Any idea when I will get a response from this email? It quite important we get this up and running very soon.

Hi LB, The office closed an hour ago, so unless they happen to check the email after hours, you may have to wait till tomorrow (GMT).

All I can do at my end is to look up your license number in the database to see if it exists (please forward your license number to morten [at] act-3d.com as I haven't got access to the office email inbox).

However, if there is a problem (and the 'invalid key' suggests that is the case), my colleagues will have to investigate the problem - it's not possible to say in advance how long this investigation will take, but I will obviously ask them if they've spotted anything unusual tomorrow morning (GMT).

Thank you - I've had a look but unfortunately I can't see anything in the license database that would explain why the license key would be invalid.

No other choice than to wait till tomorrow morning then...

I hope this won't cause too much inconvenience.

The key is valid so you can use it to download and run Lumion.
For some reason the system seems to refuse to register Lumion 4 NFR keys. I will look into that as soon as I can. You get support through this General Discussion Area anyway so you will be able to use Lumion and get support.

Im a little confused here. So what is being done? and when will I be able to use Lumion again? because when I open it it just comes up with a page that says 'invalid key' In red with a refresh button above it. and that is all that happens.

Hi,

Hi LB, Arthur mentioned that there was a note saying that your NFR license key had been disabled "... as agreed with Bill Park". Please stand by until my colleagues get back to you.

Hi KU SHIN-JUNG

Please forward a copy of your email from Act-3D titled "Getting Started with Lumion".  That email includes the License Key, Activation number and Download link.  Send it to [email protected] so that we can arrange to check the license and installer.

Is this the first time you have run Lumion v6?

Please forward the email containing the download manager link, license key and activation code to us for checking: uploads [at] lumion3d.com (replace [at] with @).
