Hello,  i have applied for license for Lumion Educational use on february 4th and still i havent received any mail.

Hi Bhasish, sorry about that - applications for educational licenses can take a while to get processed.

In the mean time, please forward your enquiry to sales [at] act-3d.com, so my colleagues can let you know what the status of your application is.

Hi Bhasish, the email address is sales[at]act-3d.com (replace [at] with @).

So you filled in the application form on this page (https://lumion3d.com/educational-licenses.html) back in February, and you didn't receive a reply? And there's nothing in your spam folder either?
