Hi meem, please click here (https://forum.lumion3d.com/index.php?topic=122041.0) and provide the requested info + the relevant files, both the original file(s) and the exported file(s). If you're using Revit, make sure you also include a screenshot of the Revit to Lumion Bridge plug-in export settings. Thanks in advance.

By the way, your GFX Score for the 980 Ti is suspiciously low. You should be getting 5000+ points in Lumion 6. Please update your Nvidia driver to the latest version, shut down any demanding processes/applications that are running in the background and then run the Lumion benchmark a few times to see if it helps.

(If your 7-trial expires before you're done evaluating Lumion 6, simply ask your reseller to extend it)

Is this after updating your Nvidia driver software to the latest version?

If so, it sounds like the update failed. To remedy this problem, please uninstall your Nvidia driver via the Control Panel in Windows, run Display Driver Uninstaller (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) to clear residual files and finally install the very latest drivers (http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk).

No, the CPU score of 3001 on your latest screenshot is great. The CPU Memory is too low though.

Hi meem

Thanks.

Once you have the GPU drivers correctly updated, try the Benchmark again, and also opening the Example Scenes such as Villa Wegner.

If there are still problems, I would suggest Restoring Windows to an earlier Restore Point before the first attempt to upgrade the drivers.

It's possible given it's a new PC that there is some configuration issues of the hardware needing to be sorted, such as checking the cabling of the power supply to the GPU etc.

GPU and window was alright but when i updated the drivers nvidia game ready drivers ( because the benchmark was low and lumion was hanged ) then my window start showing window desktop managers has stopped working also lumion was not detecting graphic card. i have done the reinstallation of fresh nvidia drivers but same problem with lumion so reinstalling it right now.

Hi meem

Your SketchUp file received, thanks.  I can confirm it imports to Lumion fine.

1. Please attach to a post an updated DXDiag Report.
2. Can you find out the details of the power supply unit in the ASUS - wattage, make and model.

It sounds like a fresh install is a good idea. Something has seriously messed up the graphics card driver software. Best of luck.

Please provide the following information if the problem persists after re-installing Lumion:

1. Please attach to a post an updated DXDiag Report.
2. Can you find out the details of the power supply unit in the ASUS - wattage, make and model.

Thanks for the information.

Unfortunately you might need a new power supply for this PC.

No-name power supplies often fail to cope with sudden spikes in power demand such as when you start rendering in Lumion.

The 980TI requires a minimum of 600W according to Nvidia (http://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-980-ti/specifications) and in our experience you want at least 150-200W extra, i.e. somewhere in the region of 750-800W (depending on how many SSD/harddrives, USB devices etc you've got connected). In addition, we highly recommend that you get a power supply from a reputable manufacturer, e.g. Corsair, and ideally one with an +80 Gold-certification.

Good, CoolerMaster is a reputable brand.

Regarding the total Wattage requirements, Lumion is very demanding in terms of power, so if you experience a spontaneous reboot while rendering you'll know it's the power supply. In the commercial users' forum (which is hidden from view since you haven't registered a license), we have a bunch of reports from users who had to replace their power supplies to get their PCs to stop rebooting while rendering (or when running stress test applications such as FurMark).

Anyway, first things first - let's see what happens once you've re-installed Windows.

well i did a fresh installation. and install the updated nvidia drivers i already downloaded from nividia store but it was causing some problems in windows i guess so i did a clean installation again and installed nvidia drivers from my Nvidia CD . do remember that the latest driver for 980ti are game ready drivers, the one i installed are 353.6 and the latest on website are 361.43 gmae ready drivers ( which i did but was giving issues ).

I did run the bench mark without anything else running in the background. i did several benchmarks and it varies between 1800 to 2100 . and also the cup score is pretty low and same as my first screenshot i posted and not according to the second screenshot which is 3000 and is goo..

i am also attaching the latest benchmark and dxdiag report for you.
