Title: Pixelated Lumion INterface first time user

Hello my Lumion interface is all pixelated.  What could be the problem?

Hi Veronica, as your benchmark results indicate, your PC is unfortunately unsuitable for Lumion.

Further to Morten's reply, please attach to a post the Lumion DXDiag Report (see button on same window as the Benchmark).
