I don't have much contact with Unreal Engine at all but was very surprised that they even have a special forum dedicated to archviz: http://forums.epicgames.com/forums/393-Architecture (http://forums.epicgames.com/forums/393-Architecture)

Nice things there to look at. Seems they have recognized the wider usage of gam-tools for archtiecture too? But they aim more at VFX industry as it seems lately with the new material system in UE4 and so on.
