Hi all,
this preview is quite disappointing for me; not the quality, but the Infos shared with us.
such a Long time from announcement of the preview to start of preview and no Information about new Features at all!
Please give us more...not just a Video!

Thanks for your feedback, peterlueftner.

The preview video shows what a video rendered in Lumion 6.0 looks like.

As mentioned elsewhere, the full feature list will be available on the 3rd of November.

Just a clip? Really? 15 days to see a clip and now wait more days to know about new features, disappointing...

I'm sure there'll be some great new features but comparing last years preview to this years preview says it all :

https://vimeo.com/109465679 (https://vimeo.com/109465679)

I was really pumped about upgrading to Lumion 5 after last years preview and I was looking forward to the same for Lumion 6, but I guess someone fell asleep at the wheel. It's a nice clip but it'll do nothing for pre-sales at all.

I'm sure next year's will be better, nice try anyway.

Cheers.

the general feel ...its rather disappointing promotion for lumion 6...
lumion needs to show more than that, competition is very fierce....

As an interlocutor to lumion forum, i was quite taken by the "tease" but the build up didn't turn out to be much. looks OK. thats all. (I work in the Media and TV industry, and would love to have a "games engine" style of workflow rather than render still images and i love the way lumion is easy and quick.)
As a penitential buyer this hasn't impressed me as much as i'd hoped. I will of course keep popping in especially November.

Any chance of a Lumion 6 demo? I tried 5.3 and wasn't sold but 6 looks more promising. I'd be willing to give it another go if so.

Am I right in saying wet surfaces  will only apply to asphalt. I'm hoping  v6 or later version (7, 8) will allow this for any surface

Still, I am excited by all the innovations and improvements.

Hi kayak83, yes, absolutely - simply contact your local reseller (http://lumion3d.com/reseller/) and request a 7-day trial version of Lumion Pro 6.0.

Hi Rashad, it's a specific material called "Asphalt Wet", not asphalt materials in general.
