is lumion render video in Pal or Ntsc? And how many images per seconde? I want use a footage from lumion in Adobe Premiere.

It's at 29.97 fps 720p or 1080p and other resolutions. PAL and NTSC are pre HD video formats.

it's better for you to renderize image sequences and not mp4 files...in Premiere you decide the right frame rate.
