Title: problem with blue render !

Hi

I build a night scene in lumin . this scene isnot very heavy even I have gtx 780 strik .
render result is blue !
Why is this happening?!

Hi . its for company i work in .
I do not know which version is!
But I guess it is version 5.

Hi littleche

It's easy to know which verison.  Just do a screencapture of your Lumion Window and attach to a post and we'll help you identify it.  The version is important for us so we can assist correctly with the issue.

The version is at the top left (Windows application bar). 
And if you click on Files you'll also see it shown center above the Chart Summary (see my pic attached).  :)

It was comfortable but I do not have access to the pc in a compony I work in that .
I called a friend. he says my lumion version is 5 . and not 5.3 or 5.7 ...
now its version is 5 and I Tomorrow in company what I can do to fix this?

Hi

I worked in compony or Rather architectural office . This does not work for architecture office i work in .I've done it during the break in company . License for the company is not for me and this scene no value for them .

In this case I am not able to get the license and enter it.If you can help me.
I am aware of the need to obtain licenses.But I am just a simple staff that do not have access to licensed companies.

If you could help me in this particular case.

Ok  license ?!

Any action on your behalf to confirm my name will be trouble for me.The purpose of the consent of a user or reassure you?

why I Love Lumion ?! You're not any help to users outside of your club license! Of course, it is necessary to purchase the license.But little effort to attract ordinary users do not!

Anyway, I've found the solution.There is a bug in my scene. A simple solution and Lee irrelevant!
It is as if your car does not Turn .You give your car window down and turn on the machine itself!
Surely this is a bug Perhaps your legitimate users can find this simple solution! :-P

We are more than willing and helpful to members who provide us with the information we request.  That information is needed to support both members and our licensed users.

We help members who ask about issues using Lumion Demo, Lumion Educational, Lumion Trial and of course Licensed Lumion users.

It seems you do not fall in to one of those groups.

It's good to know you have managed to find the solution.
