QUESTION
Why is the MyLumion project you uploaded not loading?

ANSWER
MyLumion projects are not accessible if you access the internet via a proxy server.

The only way to load your MyLumion projects is to use a different PC or a tablet/phone that's not accessing the internet via a proxy server.

Lumion requires a direct HTTP connection to *.mylumion.com. If a proxy server is used, a direct connection is not possible, and MyLumion projects will not load.

Please ensure that Lumion is allowed to access the following domains in your firewall/network/anti-virus software:

    *.mapzen.com (port 80)
    *.osm.org (port 80)
    *.openstreetmap.org (port 80)

You can verify if a proxy server is preventing MyLumion projects from loading by following these instructions:
  • In your internet browser, please press F12 to bring up the developer console. Then click on the Console -> Errors tab and click on "Clear" if there are already some errors there.

  • Then click on the MyLumion project link in your email inbox to open the exported panorama project page.

  • When the project fails to load, please press F8 (In Internet Explorer it's Ctrl + Shift + B to pause the scripts). This pauses the scripts on the page, so that no more errors will be added.

  • Then make the console window bigger and scroll all the way to the top where the first errors are located. If you find any "Cross-origin" errors it means that your PC accesses the internet via a proxy server, and you will have to use different PC or a tablet/phone that's not accessing the internet via a proxy server to be able to view your MyLumion projects.

  • When you are done, please press F8 and F12 again to resume the scripts and to hide the console window again.
