Hi All, happy new year - hopefully this will be easy for someone.
I'm trying to build a model - a section of city, placed on a very large screengrab from Googlemaps, to give it a large context.
So - in order to zoom out to the extents, I'm a great distance from the map, and getting harsh Z flickering effects with the standard environment set-up, unless I pull my model WAY up from the zero plane. The problem then is that collision on the base layer isn't working as it's raised 50M above ground (to avoid the flicker).
Any ideas? Anyone had to cut a hole into the standard sample environment, is it possible?
Thanks for any help,
James
