why the program dosent work !!!!!!!!

I download a free version of the program and it doesn't work correctly
when I run the program works fine, when I try to select one scene, it don't works
what should i do plzzz

plz can u check it for me ... if the problem on the hardware or the graphic card ...  i had attached the dxdiag.txt file

The problem us your graphics card.  You need a dedicated graphics card in stead of the integrated "Intel HD Graphics".  These cards are not powerful enough to run Lumion.

Hi renad, thanks for posting your specifications. Your Inspiron N5110 uses Optimus technology, i.e. 2 graphics cards, a fast one and a slow one. As Brian says, it's trying to use the slower Intel HD card for Lumion.

You need to tell it to use the faster Nvidia card for Lumion.

No worries, for some reason dxdiag does not include information about Nvidia Optimus and AMD Switchable Graphics functionality, so I rely on the "System Model" entry which in this case showed that renad is using an "Inspiron N5110".

This is issue seems to crop up every few days, so I wonder if it might be useful to include (in large font) some message in the Customer Area about laptops and steps required after installation and before running Lumion.

It would probably also help if Ferry changed the "Not the same" error message that Intel HD cards produce, so it would be less cryptic :)
