We move all topics that we are waiting for the member to the Quarantine Board whilst we wait for them to register their Lumion license.
In your earlier September topic, Morten also requested you register (add) your Lumion license to your Support Center Account as you stated you are using version 8.0.
You have already added the public Trial version 7.5 to your Account, good, but seen as you are using V8 (a commercial release), you also need to add that one too.

I can see that you have now applied for a Lumion 7.5 Trial License Key. However, you mentioned that you were using Lumion 8.0 in your other topic, so before we proceed, please follow the instructions in step 2 in the article below to register the Lumion 8.0 License Key:

Do you need help in adding your license to your Account?
TIP: If you are working for a company, you can use the
License Key for one or multiple staff members, as a way to get full access to the forum. You get access to the Commercial Users Forum section, and we provide full support to users in that section.
All that you need to do is to ask the person who manages the license keys at your company to go to your Account settings and enter one of the license keys. You will then have full access to the forum.
Or they can contact us at (EMAIL ADDRESS NO LONGER IN USE) with the License Key details and or purchase receipt so we can help in the (simple) process to register (add) your license to your Account.
