Hi guys,

Why do my light fliker or "Blink" on my floor surfaces and "horizontal" surfaces when I create a Night time Video?  ??? ???

Hi BuildingMotion,

Please adjust the following sliders to fix the problem:

Weather section -> Shadow slope offset
Weather section -> Shadowmap Offset

Hello,
I've got the exact same problem as the OP. The options you mentioned to fix this problem are not in the version I'm using (the trial). The weather section only has the sun angle and clouds, no shadow slope etc. Are these extra options only available in the full version?

No, they are available in the Trial version also.

They are shadow settings, so there is a Shadow Effect in the World Effects Tab group (Movie Editor --> add effects.

Ahh ok, they've just moved to a different spot. Thanks for the info.
I have a shadow effect on my scene but no matter what I try I can't get rid of the flickering. Shadow Correction and Slope aren't helping at all.
When I turn my lights off it goes away or if I turn GI off it goes away but when both are on the flickering returns.

Is this when rendering?  Are you rendering 2 Star?
