Hi

Do you mean best as in best value for money, or best performer?

I would Google for GPU Reviews such as Tomshardware and others to see what they say.

By the way, the 760 Passmark is not all that good unless budgets are severely limited, as it is from the GTX x60 series of cards.  You might want to consider what you can get for some extra $ spent in this area, and if needed, saved from other areas.  Unless of course, you are only considering a GPu replacement to existing PC.

I have a:

Intel i5 [email protected] 2.79GHz
4 GB RAM
nVidia GeForce 9600 GT
Windows 8.1

i want to update in phases...
my first investment would be in the video card, then the memory ram...

wich is best (performance) gtx 760 4 gb, works fine? for medium complex scenes... not for landscape, just for middle size houses... have 4.982 points of passmark. I can't afford a TITAN

Hi

The 4GB card provides more VRAM for graphics, so that's a plus.  As it's OC then it will operate a little faster for renders.  Either will be suitable for low to mid-range scenes in Lumion.

Refer further:
1.  LUMION 4: Minimum hardware requirements.

2.  Lumion Web Site: Specifications.

Which card came out on top of the reviews you searched?

I would suggest increasing your RAM to at least 12GB, otherwise some finalisation of renders might not happen properly.

Don't expect to get maximum performance from an older system (motherboard, RAM speed, CPU) for the cards, whichever you choose.
