Attached should in reality have more rock, grass cannot grow at this angle, side rock strength is on max , have tried different landscape presets.

Would be good to be able to paint rock with the landscape brush, its a must really, what happens when you have flat bare rock?

Does this happen when paiting on the main landscape tile or is this a custom imported landscape mesh?

Its a custom imported mesh from Google Earth.

Attached a illustration of how the landscape shader reacts to (imported) terrain sizes.

There is also a correlation between mesh density and UV mapping I think but not fully sure on those.

Your terrain should be pretty sizeable according to the above logic?

If you can, try increasing mesh density/polycount a bit, see how that works.

yep higher resolution mesh does it, thanks.
