This is just a routine check as you do not seem to have any Lumion license(s) attached to your forum account.
It may simply be that you have not yet updated your Account settings for the forum and entered your license key details. Please arrange to do so as soon as possible.
If for some reason you are unable to update your Account, and you have a license or are working for a company with a valid license, I'd be grateful if you could forward the license or the company name/email address to info [at] act-3d.com, and CC me (morten [at] act-3d.com) so I can follow-up as needed.
