I download the free version of Lumion and it doesn't work correctly. I don't see the ground and when I exploit Sketchup, everything disappears.

Hi Felia, welcome to the Lumion Support Center.

1) What is the version number on the Settings screen in Lumion? Lumion 6.0 Pro?

2) Please attach a screenshot of the Benchmark results in Lumion.

3) Please click here and follow the instructions to zip + attach a diagnostics report.

Thanks in advance. :)

Ah, I think i have found the problem. My pc is too slow. He won't even save the DXDiag_Lumion.txt
So sad but I got a Mac at home. Hopefully have I got enough memory on my Mac.

You're right - that won't work. :-\

Hopefully have I got enough memory on my Mac.
The most important component is a fast graphics card, and unfortunately Macs are notoriously underpowered in that regard compared to modern PCs. :(

You'll need a graphics card with at least 2,000 PassMark points, and it should have a minimum of 2GB memory and should support DirectX 11. Please click here for more details.

The full list of system requirements is available in this Knowledge Base article.
